Overview:

LBD series radial split heavy-duty chemical process pump is API610 (ISO13709) BB2 structure, the design standard conforms to API610 11th "Centrifugal pump for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry" and API682 4th "Centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal system", is a horizontal, radial split, single-stage or two-stage two-end support heavy-duty petrochemical process pump, mainly used to transport various high-temperature, high-pressure, clean or corrosive media with trace particles, mainly used in petrochemical, coal chemical, crude oil transportation, Offshore platforms, natural gas transportation and other fields.

Such as raw material oil pumps, normal bottom and bottom reduction oil pumps, flash bottom oil pumps in oil refining atmospheric decompression devices, quenched oil circulation pumps, quenched cold water circulation pumps, disc oil pumps, ethylene separator reflux pumps, propylene fractionator reflux pumps, propylene tower reflux pumps, lean liquid pumps, liquid-rich pumps, feed pumps and energy recovery hydraulic turbines in large-scale ammonia synthesis plants, black water pumps in coal chemical industry, lock bucket circulating pumps, etc.

Structural characteristics:

1. Pump body: The pump body adopts a double worm chamber structure to reduce the radial force, reduce the load on the shaft, and improve the service life of the bearing; the centerline installation and the support structure at both ends can improve the expansion and deformation of the pump body caused by the increase in temperature under high temperature conditions; the import and export of the pump body can be configured in a variety of directions, which is convenient for users to arrange pipelines.

2. Pump cover: The pump cover has a rigid design, strong pressure bearing capacity and high reliability. A high-reliability metal winding pad is used between the pump body and the pump cover to seal it, which makes it easier to transport high-temperature, toxic and harmful media that are easy to vaporize.

3. Impeller: The single-stage structure generally adopts a double-suction impeller to reduce the cavitation margin of the pump and reduce the installation cost of the device. At the same time, the double-suction impeller can balance the axial force generated by itself: The two-stage structure generally adopts the first-stage double-suction and the second-stage single-suction structure. The first-stage double-suction can take into account the cavitation requirements of the pump, and the secondary impeller adopts a balance hole to balance the axial pressure, and the residual axial force is borne by the bearing.For working conditions with low cavitation performance requirements and high efficiency, a two-stage single suction back-to-back or face-to-face structure can be considered

4. Shaft: It adopts a rigid shaft design with small deflection and a conical shaft extension when the shaft diameter is greater than 60mm, which is convenient for the installation and disassembly of couplings, bearings, and seals.

5. Bearings and lubrication: Bearings choose oil ring self-lubricating rolling bearings or sliding bearing structures according to the power and speed of the shaft.When choosing a rolling bearing structure, deep groove ball bearings are used at the drive end to act as radial support, and a pair of angular contact ball bearings are configured at the non-drive end to limit the axial movement of the rotor and at the same time to act as radial support; when plain bearings are selected, radial plain bearings at both ends act as radial support, and a pair of angular contact ball bearings are configured behind the radial bearings at the non-drive end to limit the axial movement of the rotor.

6. Mechanical sealing: The sealing system implements the 4th edition of API682 "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Sealing System" and Sinopec material procurement standard requirements, and can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing and cooling schemes.
