LZA11th series single-stage cantilever pump is API610(ISO13709)OH1 structure, the design standard conforms to API610 11th "Centrifugal pump for Petroleum, petrochemical and Natural gas industry" and API682 4th "Centrifugal pump and Rotary pump shaft seal System", is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump mounted on the base. Mainly used to transport clean or containing trace particles, neutral or highly corrosive, low temperature or high temperature liquid, mainly used in oil refineries, catalytic cracking, coking units, petrochemical, coal chemical, power plants, chemical fiber, environmental protection engineering and other fields.
Structural characteristics:
The LZA11th Series petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, single stage, radial split cantilever centrifugal pumps with a separate bearing box to withstand all the forces applied to the pump shaft and maintain the rotor position. The pumps are mounted on the base and connected to their drives by a flexible coupling.
1, pump body: the pump body adopts volute structure design, the pump body outlet ≥DN80 adopts double volute hydraulic design, which balances the radial force to the maximum extent;
2, suspension components (bearing box, bearing, shaft, gland, pump cover, etc.) adopt the overall extraction design, and can realize the detection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines;
3, shaft: the shaft is bare shaft structure, the pump shaft stiffness index meets the requirements of API610 11th Appendix K. At the same time, the anti-reverse structure of impeller nut is adopted to meet the requirements of field working conditions and improve the safety and stability of the equipment.
4, axial force balance: wear rings are designed on both sides of the impeller, and balance holes are opened inside, so that the pressure on both sides of the impeller is self-balanced, and the thrust bearing only bears a low load;
5, bearing and lubrication: the front bearing (near the pump head bearing) is a deep groove ball bearing, only bear radial force. The rear bearing (bearing near the drive end) uses a diagonal contact ball bearing (73 series) or a pair of tapered roller bearings (31 series); Bearing selection of oil ring lubrication structure, can be selected according to user needs bearing isolator type seal or labyrinth seal;
6, mechanical seal: sealing cavity size implementation of API682 4th "centrifugal pump and rotary pump shaft seal system", can be equipped with various forms of sealing and washing, cooling programs.
